The Finance and planning department of Masaka City is headed by the Principal Treasurer (Kafeero Harriet) and assisted by Senior Accountant / Accountant in charge of Revenue (Kizito Anwar), Accountant in charge of expenditure (Nansubuga Florence) and accounts assistant (Kayanja David). It also includes a section of planning with two (2) staff members; The Senior Planner (Mayiito Pontiano) and Planner (Mugume Jonan).
